This is one of the best Chocolate Chip Cookies I ever had. Double the chocolate make double delicious cookies.

· 1 Cup Butter
· ¾ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
· ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
· 1 Egg
· 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
· 1 2/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
· 1/3 Cup Cocoa
· 1 tsp Baking Soda
· ½ tsp Salt
· 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
· 1 ¼ Cup of Chopped Nuts
Preparation:
1. In large bowl with electric mixer, cream together butter, packed bown sugar and granulated sugar. Beat in an egg and vanilla extract.
2. In medium bowl, mix together all purpose four, cocoa, baking soda and salt; beat into creamed mixture on low speed.
3. Stir in Dark Chocolate Chips and chopped nuts.
4. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls (15 mL) onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375F(190C) 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 5 minutes ten transfer to rack to cool completely.
